We're Wakefield BID

Since 2017, Wakefield's Business Improvement District has brought together over 400 city-centre organisations — shops, restaurants, venues, offices and services — to invest in the place we all share.

Every festival banner, floral planter, Street Ranger shift and Safer Wakefield radio is funded by city-centre businesses, for the city centre. Over £1.5 million invested so far, with more to come.
